Terms of Service for Training Courses
These Terms of Service apply to all training courses provided by Support and Safety Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a course, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  1. Booking and Payment
  • All course bookings must be made via our website, by phone, or by email.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Course places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  1. Confirmation
  • Upon receipt of your booking and payment, you will receive confirmation and joining instructions by email.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • You may cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the course has not started (see our Cooling-Off Policy).
  • No refunds will be given once the course has commenced or if you fail to attend.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
  1. Course Attendance
  • It is your responsibility to attend the course at the specified time and location.
  • Late arrivals may not be admitted, and no refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
  1. Certification
  • Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the course and payment of all fees.
  • We reserve the right to withhold certification if course requirements are not met.
  1. Conduct
  • All delegates are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate, with no refund given.
  1. Data Protection
  • Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.
  1. Liability
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the course. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your participation, except where required by law.
  1. Changes to Terms
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The latest version will be published on our website.
