Support and Safety Ltd does not dispatch any physical items for training courses. All course materials, joining instructions, and any required distance learning resources will be sent to you by email.
  • Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your course joining instructions.
  • If your course includes distance learning, all necessary materials and instructions will be provided electronically to your registered email address.
  • Please ensure that your email address is correct at the time of booking to avoid any delays in receiving your materials.
  • If you do not receive your joining instructions or course materials within 48 hours of booking (or at least 24 hours before your course starts), please contact us immediately.
No physical shipping or delivery is required for any of our training courses.
